Meet the Founder

Paul Smith brings over 35 years of progressive experience in industrial construction and project leadership. Currently serving as the Contract Oversight Manager for the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Decommissioning Project, he provides strategic oversight of complex multi-year programs.
His career progression from field operations to executive management gives him a unique perspective that combines hands-on technical knowledge with strategic business acumen. Certified by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) as both a Safety Trained Supervisor-Construction (STS-C) and Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST).
